Terms and Conditions – 111x Gaming Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 111x ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 111x website at 111x.vin and all associated services, games, betting markets and features available on the platform.

By completing the registration process, by depositing PKR into your 111x account or by placing any bet or engaging with any game on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms carefully, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply alongside any additional terms that may govern specific products, promotions or features at 111x — in the event of any conflict, the product-specific or promotion-specific terms will take precedence for that particular matter.

111x reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. The date at the top of this page shows when these Terms were last updated.

2. Eligibility

To open an account and use 111x, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 111x is strictly an adults-only platform and does not permit minors to register, deposit or participate in any gaming or betting activity under any circumstances.
• You must be registering and using the platform on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person or as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from 111x or requested closure of a 111x account on responsible gaming grounds without the exclusion period having fully expired.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or family member of a 111x employee where participation in gaming or betting would create a conflict of interest.

111x reserves the right to request age verification documents at any stage. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to a player aged 18 or above will be suspended and any balances held pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only at 111x. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, same contact details, same device or same payment method — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 111x reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses or winnings held across those accounts.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 111x username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any action taken on your account using your credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that action. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 111x support immediately.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide your real name, date of birth, valid contact number and a valid email address when registering. The name on your 111x account must match the name on the payment methods you use for deposits and withdrawals. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

111x applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process before processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit a copy of your CNIC or passport, proof of your registered mobile number and, in some cases, proof of the payment method used for deposits. Verification documents must be submitted within the timeframe specified when requested. Failure to provide required documents may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at 111x are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion involved. The platform supports the following PKR deposit and withdrawal methods:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank PKR transfers
• Bank Transfer — direct transfers to and from Pakistani bank accounts
• Debit/Credit Cards — where supported by your card issuer
• Mobile Wallets — other supported mobile payment services

4.1 Deposit Rules

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the Deposit section of your 111x account. Deposits are generally credited to your 111x balance instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method. 111x does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank directly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods that have previously been used for deposits on the same account. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed. Withdrawal processing times vary by method: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within a few hours; Raast and bank transfers may take up to one business day. 111x reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals.

4.3 Responsible Use of Funds

You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that you can afford to use for entertainment gaming. 111x does not accept deposits made from borrowed money, business funds or any funds obtained through illegal means. Any suspicion of money laundering, fraud or illegal fund sourcing will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Betting and Game Rules

111x offers sports betting across cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and test matches), football, esports and other markets, alongside slots, fish shooting games and live casino products. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the platform:

5.1 Sports Betting

All bets are subject to the specific market rules displayed at the time of placing the bet. Bets are final once confirmed — you cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system. For cricket and PSL markets, if a match is abandoned, postponed or reduced in overs, settlement rules specific to that market type will apply as described in the relevant market rules page. Live in-play bets are accepted at 111x's discretion and may be suspended during critical match moments.

5.2 Slots and Fish Games

All slot games and fish shooting games at 111x use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are independent of previous outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are published in the game information panel within each title. 111x does not guarantee any particular outcome and no gaming strategy can alter the mathematical probability of results.

5.3 Bet Settlement

111x aims to settle all sports betting markets promptly after the conclusion of an event. In cases where an error in odds — whether a human error or a technical error — results in a bet being accepted at clearly incorrect odds, 111x reserves the right to void such bets and refund stakes to the player's account balance.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

111x may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet promotions and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each player is eligible to claim each specific bonus once only, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the amount you must wager before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have a validity period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be forfeited.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific games or betting markets — for example, a cricket bonus may not contribute to wagering requirements when used on slots.
• 111x reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms or cancel a player's eligibility for a bonus if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation or violation of these Terms.

6.1 Bonus Abuse

Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using bonus funds in low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract value without genuine gaming risk, or using third parties' payment details to trigger deposit bonuses are all forms of bonus abuse. 111x actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have bonuses forfeited and may be permanently closed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 111x platform and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one 111x account per person.
• Collusion: Working with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematic exploitation of odds differences across markets in a way that guarantees profit regardless of outcome and violates the spirit of fair play.
• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity information; engaging in chargebacks after receiving gaming value.
• Money laundering: Using 111x to deposit, move or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
• Harassment: Abusive, threatening or offensive behaviour directed at 111x staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly taking advantage of a technical error, incorrect odds or software malfunction to gain unfair value.

8. Privacy and Data

111x collects, stores and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with that policy. Key points include:

• Your personal data is used to operate your account, process PKR transactions, conduct KYC verification and provide customer support.
• 111x does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data may be shared with payment processors (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, banks) solely to process your transactions.
• 111x implements reasonable technical and organisational security measures to protect your data.
• You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data by contacting 111x support, subject to legal retention requirements.

9. Responsible Gaming

111x is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment for all players. Gaming and betting are entertainment activities and should never be seen as a reliable source of income. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all players from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps for your account.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

111x reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or prohibited conduct.
• Player request — you may close your account at any time by contacting 111x support.
• Responsible gaming self-exclusion request — accounts subject to self-exclusion will be closed for the duration of the exclusion period.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, any PKR balance, pending withdrawals or bonus funds may be forfeited at 111x's discretion. Where an account is closed at a player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method.

11. Limitation of Liability

111x provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure that 111x operates reliably and without interruption, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. 111x shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits or opportunities resulting from technical failures, downtime or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on incorrect odds, game information or market data that was the result of a technical error subsequently corrected.
• Any indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind arising from use of the 111x platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits 111x's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. 111x's total liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the PKR balance held in your account at the time the claim arose.

12. Changes to These Terms

111x may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, 111x will make reasonable efforts to notify players via the email address registered to their account or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of 111x following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
